Email help@bigbwain.com with where you were playing (iPhone, iPad, Android or browser), your device, the app version, and what happened. If a run went wrong, include the text from Copy Verified Score on the Run Complete screen when available so we can investigate the run.
In your browser
play.rubetris.com has all three games. It loads once and then keeps working offline; on a phone, add it to your home screen for full-screen play. How to Play inside the game lists every control for keyboard and touch.
Your records and settings live in the browser's storage for the site. Clearing that storage, or playing in a private window, starts you from nothing. There is no way to move records between browsers.
On iPhone, iPad and Android
The native apps work offline without an account. Records, progress and settings stay on your device and do not sync between devices or with the browser game. There are no ads or in-app purchases, and native runs are not submitted to the browser rankings server. Use the in-game How to Play guide for controls and rules.
Deleting the app on iOS removes its locally saved data; offloading it keeps that data. On Android, clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes locally saved records and settings.
The existing Android release is available on Google Play. The latest trilogy update is in preparation. You can play the current Debrix, Erikade and Rosette games in your browser now.
Older tester and download links
The old tester page and direct test downloads have been retired. Play the current trilogy in your browser, or find the existing Android release on Google Play. The Play Store release will receive the trilogy update when it is ready.
Verified rankings
A browser run is ranked only if our server can replay its moves to the same score. If the Run Complete screen says a run was not ranked, the reason is one of these, in the game's own words:
- this run's rules are not ranked: only Debrix, Erikade and Rosette on their standard rules are ranked.
- the replay did not reproduce the score: the run could not be checked; try again on a fresh run.
- too many submissions — try again in a minute.
- the replay is longer than the rankings accept.
"Rankings unavailable — saved locally." means the server could not be reached; the run is in your local records either way. To have a run or your device name removed from the rankings, email us with the name shown on the Run Complete screen. The privacy page lists exactly what a submission contains.
Known limits
- Records do not sync between devices; there are no accounts.
